White-Label Reports: Your Own Branding on Client Reports

Scope and cost before you choose

White-label means your company name and logo on report exports and share links. Agency costs €199/month net, or €166/month equivalent with annual billing. It does not provide a separate custom-domain client portal or a general marketing dashboard.

Use the downloadable report structure to explain the timestamp, keyword, device, grid settings and missing results. This is a blank template, not a client case. Review the branding scope or prepare your own report.

Why this matters for agencies

A client report with “SeoMap” across the top raises a question nobody wants to answer: “what’s SeoMap, and why is it on my numbers?” For an agency sending that report as part of its own deliverable — proof of ongoing work or a pitch in an acquisition conversation — the branding in the header isn’t cosmetic. It’s the difference between a report that looks like your own product and one that looks like a third-party tool you happen to use.

What can be customized

Two account fields — company name and logo — replace what would otherwise show “SeoMap” in the header of a report export and the public share view. That applies to the same reports that are already exportable or shareable by link without a login: scan comparisons, individual scan reports, and the cross-project report all carry your agency’s branding in the header once it’s set, instead of the tool behind it.

Setting it up

Company name and logo URL are entered once in Settings — no file upload per report, no manual toggle. Once both are set, they apply automatically to every future export and every newly generated share view, account-wide across every client project. If the logo or company name changes later, updating that one place is all it takes.

Plan gating

White-label branding is part of the Agency plan — Starter and Pro still export and share reports in full, just with “SeoMap” in the header instead of your own logo. That follows the same logic as bulk scans and the Google Business match check before starting: features that matter mainly when managing several clients at once belong to the plan built for exactly that.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly can be white-labeled?

The company name and logo in the header of a report export and the public share view. Wherever "SeoMap" would otherwise appear, your own brand shows instead, once both are set in Settings.

How do I set up white-label branding?

Enter a company name and a logo URL in Settings. From then on the branding applies automatically to every report exported or shared going forward — no per-report toggle needed.

Do I need to turn this on separately for each client project?

No. Company name and logo are tied to your account, not to a single project — set once, the branding applies account-wide to every report and share link.

Which plan includes white-label branding?

The Agency plan. Starter and Pro export and share reports with SeoMap branding in the header — the branding customization itself is an Agency feature.
